DIY Cord Organization | Freckled Fawn Washi Wednesday

Hey everyone!

Sami here to share a quick and easy way to keep your cords organized for easy use. I keep a surge protector near by nightstand in order to keep all my electronics charged, but it’s sometimes a challenge keeping track of which cord is which. So I decided to use a hack I’ve seen many times in many different ways on Pinterest. When I saw the April kit floral washi, I knew it would be perfect for this. Check it out in today’s video below!

I hope you enjoyed this hack. I think it’s great because it makes it easy to see which cords you want to keep plugged in and which you’d like to unplug. Keeping cords unplugged when not in use can save money! I’m all for saving a penny when I can 🙂

Have a fun washi hack to share? Tag us @shopfreckledfawn on Instagram. We’d love to see how you are using your washi.

Have a lovely crafty day!

XO,
Sami

DIY Traveler’s Notebook Insert Cover Tutorial | Washi Wednesday

Hey everyone! Sami here with another Washi Wednesday Tutorial.

I recently made a cover for my Traveler’s Notebook insert and I wanted to share it with you. I really loved how last week’s clean and simple thank you cards turned out with the Chevron Washi that was part of the March Embellishment Kit and Planner Kit. I wanted to take that a step further by making a TN notebook cover.

Lately I have been using a Freckled Fawn Sleek TN in the color Rich Teal. I just LOVE the texture on this TN. It’s gorgeous!

Here is the quick video showing how I made my cover:
